Soap base information:
We have 3 bases that my wonderful ladies can work with safely at the studio. Per many emails, we wanted to make sure we were transparent in our use of ingredients.
Aqua - water
Glycerin - vegetable based glycerin, used for cleansing, moisturizing and a humectant
Propylene glycol -a humectant and skin softener
Sodium stearate - a fatty component from vegetable oils
Sorbitol - this provides clarity and also used for moisturizing
Sodium Laurate - obtained from the saponification of coconut oil
Sodium Laureth Sulphate - a surfactant to create bubbles and cleanse, provides clarity to the base
Sodium Chloride - salt
Stearic Acid - a surfactant and softener. Used to harden the soap base.
Lauric Acid - from coconut oil, it makes the soap feel soft on the skin.
Pentasodium Pentetate - preservative
Tetrasodium Etridronate - helps to stabilize fragrance and color
Titanium dioxide - a natural whitener which will turn the clear soap into white soap
We still add colorants and fragrance, price is the same as the standard line. But you do have to custom order it.

The ORganic OilS:
100% of the oils are certified Organic. We still add colorants and the fragrance. This is custom priced and considered a custom order.

If the item is in stock we ship it within 1-2 business days.
Production time for soaps is approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the number of soaps ordered. Custom orders can take longer, depending on the size of the order. We generally make and ship your soap order approximately 10 days prior to your party date to ensure that the soaps are fresh and vibrant. Over time the colors in the soaps may fade and bleed into each other.
We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times provided by third party shippers are estimates and we do not guarantee delivery dates. We rely on third party shippers for this information. You will be provided a tracking number so you may track your shipment. Please check your e-mail address for notification when your order ships.
If there is a discrepancy upon arrival and it is found to be our mistake, we will replace the item at zero cost to you.
If the item is received and the discrepancy is found to be a mistake made by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the replacement item cost and shipping fees.
You MUST contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and provide photos of the damage in order to be eligible for a replacement item. Refunds instead of replacement are not allowed although this will be determined on a case by case basis.
If for any reason your package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply ONLY if the reason for return was not our fault. Of course, if it is our mistake, we will reship at zero cost to you. Price will depend on the delivery location.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
I add a delivery confirmation to packages so that we can track it. If you like you may add insurance to your package to ensure safe delivery. If you would like insurance you must let me know as soon as you've made your purchase so that I can add it. I recommend purchasing insurance for any purchases over $20. In any case if you have not purchased insurance I am not responsible for these items once they have left my hands.
Due to the nature of our personal care items, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Custom orders are not refundable as they are made to customer specifications. No refunds, exchanges, or returns. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they will arrive to your location safely and intact. If you have a concern you should request and purchase insurance for your package. If you purchase USPS insurance for your package it is your responsibility to file any and all claims for damage.
Orders can be canceled at any time 24 hours prior to development/fulfillment/shipping for a full refund. Cancellations or changes to custom orders can not be accepted once your order has been processed. Be sure to review and verify the accuracy of your entire order.
Please also note that this NO RETURN policy also includes any postal shipping delays. If you need an item by a certain date, it is best that you upgrade to a guaranteed delivery service such as USPS Express Mail. Otherwise, I can not guarantee the delivery of any items by a specified date. The best I can do if follow shipping time frames that are recommended by USPS.
If for some reason you are not happy with something, please contact me as soon as possible so I can try to remedy the situation.
I would also appreciate it if you would please contact me before you leave any negative feedback to see if there is anything that I can do to fix the situation.
*LET'S TALK ABOUT FRAGRANCE OILS: Some fragrance oils can cause soap colors to change over time. This is a natural occurrence and is not a defect in the product.
*LET'S TALK ABOUT COLORANTS: A variety of colorants are used in the making of my soaps. They include micas, ultramarines, oxides, and dyes. You can see the exact colorant used in each listings detailed info. Some colorants may migrate. This is a natural occurrence and is not a defect in the product.
*LET'S TALK ABOUT SKIN REACTIONS:I have not had anyone report any reactions to my soap, but this does not mean that no one will have a reaction. Everyone's skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin or allergic reactions then please test the soap on a small section for a few days prior to using all over. I can not guarantee you will not have a reaction and I am not liable for any such reaction. I make no medical or curing claims in any way, my soap is not made to heal any conditions. You must consult a doctor for any medical or skin condition.
*LET'S TALK ABOUT MY SOAPS are made in small batches, or individually. Because of this, exact duplication of colors, shapes, designs cannot be achieved. We hand pour, hand mix & hand cut each batch of soap, so please allow for slight variations in color, viscosity and cut of the bars and soap chips. During HOT weather times, soaps may become oily or greasy upon delivery. If that's the case just unwrap them and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of hours. This is due to the natural glycerin in the soap.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities so your visit is as safe as possible.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and they're not stored or processed on our servers.
